They claimed that it used to be Sunday thru Thursday but had recently changed to Monday thru Thursday. Granted my sister looked at the offer wrong (she just saw the dates), but to me the hotel staff should have known that the offer was not good when they booked her. They say the offer is only good for Monday thru Thursday and she would have to pay. Then we arrive and we check in, they give her a room key, she goes to her room (238) and then gets a phone call. She had gotten her first ever offer for a complimentary room, and called to book for Sunday night, was given a room and confirmation number. If you get a complimentary offer or get a room after calling, don't be surprised if you get there and they tell you they made a mistake! It has happened twice now.once to me and now to my sister.
